Ann, Instructor

Hey there! I'm Ann, a passionate Nursing student at MacEwan University with an artistic streak. When I'm not buried in textbooks, you can find me lost in the world of visual art, grooving to music, or out in nature, soaking up inspiration. I truly believe that learning isn't one-size-fits-all; each person has their own unique style. That's why I'm all about creating an environment where learners can thrive. My goal is to make learning a blast!

Malika, Instructor

Hi, I’m Malika! I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Biochemistry at the University of Alberta. A few of my interests are painting, cooking, archery, and learning about biology. I enjoy being a tutor because I believe every student should have the opportunity to receive academic help as it allows them to be more confident in themselves. I strive to create a safe, open-minded, and supportive environment for students of all kinds.

Alex, Instructor

Hi, I'm Alex. I recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science Double Major in Biological Sciences and Earth & Atmospheric Sciences. While I have yet to determine what is next for me in my academic career, I am excited to see where life takes me! I have a huge variety of interests ranging from music, art, reading, cooking, and enjoying nature. What I enjoy about tutoring is getting to see how every students' mind works differently. I enjoy seeing my students succeed and feel more confident in their own academic pursuits.

Gracie, Instructor

Hi there, my name is Gracie! I am a student at the University of Alberta with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biological Sciences. I have been tutoring for about 3 years and I love working with students of all ages to help them with their academic goals. I love playing basketball in my free time and listening to music. I believe that through hard work, any student can grow to be the best version of themselves and find their passion for learning. Sometimes it’s hard to take the first step to improving yourself, even academically, and everyone should be proud of themselves for trying their hardest to be the best they can be.

Garima, Instructor

Hi, my name is Garima! I am currently a Business student at the University of Alberta doing a major in Finance. Some of my interests include painting, singing, poetry, and music! I love being able to push my students to reach their full potential by helping them get a better grasp on what they're learning. My goal is to help them gain the confidence and critical thinking skills they need to handle anything they encounter!

Savannah, Instructor

Hey there, I’m Savannah! I’m an eager Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology student at the University of Alberta. I have been tutoring for 5 years because I am passionate about students receiving the education that they deserve. I mainly spend my free time at the gym, playing basketball, or reading about anything and everything. I believe that everyone has a calling, and that it is always within reach as long as they can work hard and enjoy the journey. My goal is to have a positive educational impact on every student I work with.

Aditi, Instructor

Hi! My name’s Aditi, and I’m a BSc Honors Physiology student at the University of Alberta. Some of my interests include piano, reading, and graphic design. I’ve been tutoring for about 4 years, and it’s one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had: watching students grow and gain confidence in their abilities is amazing. In my opinion, the most important thing that can be gained from tutoring is a genuine love of learning, and it’s my goal to help each student find and seek out the things that truly interest them!

Cassia, Instructor

Hi, I’m Cassia! I am currently in the last year of my undergraduate degree in Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. Besides academics, I have many other interests including soccer, music, and traveling! I have many years of experience working with kids, and continue to love watching students grow and find what they are interested in. To me, the most important thing is to help students build confidence and have fun while learning!
